I am not planning on currently purchasing any 3D hardware just yet but in the future I might do so if it provides a big enough improvement over standard hardware.

Does the Nintendo 3DS count? Think my daughter wants one for her birthday!
Seroiusly though, I've had to use a Zalman 3D monitor in a COD4 competition before, and it gave me a headache. I love the idea, but I think the technology needs to be refined a bit more before it becomes mainstream. As for JC2, after wathcing the E3 demo...seems like a helluva good single player with the grappling hook/parachute combo's.

3D technology is too new to jump in now. They are going to have to eliminate the goggles before I consider this technology.
