I need a website

I need a website. A really simple one. It would have a main page, a contact us page and maybe a third page for something else. I want to be able to upload .pdf files and slightly change the content from time to time. No need for special graphics. Just a nice background and some pictures here and there. I dont have a lot of money to spend on this, so i want to hear suggestions. I would be also interested if someone wanted to build a site for me for free and add an ad or signature so that he can advertise his work at my site.

You're gonna need a solid web host and domain name if you're serious about it.

I'll gladly make the website for you. You just gotta get the web host up and running first.
