Vista Home Premium to 7 Home Permium Install FAILURE

While upgrading Vista H.P. to 7 H.P. Installation Froze at completing Installation and computer rebooted after that warning message installation Failed will resume after reboot computer reboots and Viola the same warning Message!!!
I tried all I can think of but it wont come back up either on Vista or restart install and cant get it to Boot up from DVD now
Any Help out their

Make sure to disconnect and remove every non-essential hardware item you have in/on the computer. I've found that this can often help during the setup stage.

Not even with the DVD reader as your primary boot drive?

I've done the opposite mistake a couple of times when installing XP; not taking the installation disk out of the reader before the rebooting.

Actually, with Windows 7, I could have swore that if it detects an installation, it won't boot from the DVD unless you press a key within the set amount of time (it'll say just that on the BIOS boot screen), so you can just walk away for a while until it's done installing.
