Now that Windows 7 is officially released you may be trying to find an easier way to get up and running with the retail version if you were running the RC.

This page will tell you how to modify a file to let you run an upgrade from the RC to the retail version of Win7. Obviously a clean install is a better idea but sometimes it's just not convenient at the time.
Another interesting link is an easier way to do a clean install with an upgrade version of Win7. Most of you probably know the double install trick used with Vista, install first with no CD key then install again with the key to be able to do a clean install without having an existing OS when using upgrade media.

This site show you a faster way to be able to use your upgrade media for a full install.
Hope these are helpful!
