ATTO Benchmark files .bmk

Hi every one,
I have an files which is an output of ATTO bench mark, it is a .bmk extension file, I am unable to open it, what software do I need to open it??

i tried googling it, but cudnt find a reliable s/w, im afraid i downloaded a malicious one, please let me kno if u have the rite s/w .
