Why do you visit a consumer electronics website?

Note: The question set for the poll is for the consumer electronics industry. EG, HDTVs, portable electronics, ect.

Hello Jason:

I hope this poll will help you with your research. I personally visit manufacturer websites to get product updates (software drivers, firmware, etc), and seldom ever have a reason to visit post-purchase. Prior to a purchase however, I use the company website for information.
