So I used DBan to erase 2 hard drives on my laptop. I didn't use autonuke. I'm scared if I can't use my hard drives anymore. When I try to reinstall my Windows, I'm getting this Intel Boot Link Screen. I have no idea what to do. Much help needed!

Are you just trying to start over with a clean install, or restore your data? If you want to start fresh, take a look at MBR Tool.

Yes, I am trying to reinstall my Windows XP, but my laptop is not booting the disk correctly. All it is doing is go to a Intel Boot Link screen. I have no idea what to do.

I'm not familiar with an Intel function called 'boot link', but it almost sounds like it's trying to boot to LAN. Your laptop might have a boot menu option (such as F10 or F6) that must be pressed during POST so you can command it to boot from CD-ROM.

I would still use MBR Tool if have a floppy drive; it's always good to begin with a fresh master boot record.

Sounds to me like he erased everything on his drives ALREADY and no longer has an actual operating system installed. If this is true, he's going to need the cd/dvd's to install his OS because the recovery on the HDD will now be gone with everything else.

This is what I am gathering from what he said.

I found out that it is Intel Boot Agent. I think that because I deleted everything off my hard drive, the laptop cannot use my cd/dvd drive. How am I able to fix that?

So then I was right, Intel Boot Agent is trying to boot to LAN (network). You'll need to tap the boot menu key while the computer is first starting (during POST) to select the CD-ROM drive.

It would be a lot more helpful if you told us what kind of computer this is... no need to keep it a secret.

My laptop is a Toshiba Qosmio G15. The problem is that when I try to boot up the Windows CD, it just goes to the Intel Boot Agent. It does whatever, but fails, then it keeps doing it.

The Intel Boot Agent is a BIOS level instruction that tells the system to look for a boot agent over the network (LAN). It does this after all other boot drives have been checked for boot options but none were found; or more likely, the Intel Boot Agent is put ahead of the other drives in their boot order.
