In the above post , they not only give credit for the mod to others, but they then post pictures from Bill's site and even one with HIM in it !!!!

They then submit the artical to Digg

I still can't believe that Bill has to prove to Digg that it is HIS work and not the douche bags that TechnologyBB claims did it before they will remove the digg post! It should be as simple as contacting TBB and telling him that a complaint was lodged against him and the post ill be removed until he provides proper evidence that he has not stolen or posted stolen work.

I contacted then and pointed them to Bill's ORIGINAL worklog dated DEC 2006 and to TBB's forum post claiming it to be someone else's work. Apparently they aren't even interested in looking at those and seeing something is wrong. They feel that there are legal issues that have to be satisfied first! The DMCA garbage. I guess Bill needs to watermark all his images from now on.
